These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at easyeventchecklist.com(the "Site") and any associated digital products, downloads, tools, and content (collectively, the "Service"), provided by MEENAKSHI SUBRAMANIAN GROUP trading as Easy Event Checklist("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by MEENAKSHI SUBRAMANIAN GROUP, a business registered in India, with registered office at 252–262, V.H. Road, Opp. City Union Bank, Townhall, Coimbatore – 641 001, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at hello@easyeventchecklist.com or +91 73971 99922.

2. The Service

The Service consists of:

  • Free tools and content — interactive event checklists, blog articles, downloadable lead-magnet PDFs, and curated affiliate recommendations;
  • Paid digital products — including the Ultimate Event Checklist Kit (an Excel workbook plus PDF guide) and any additional digital products we make available for sale;
  • Communications — emails containing planning tips, updates, and offers when you opt in.

3. License to use digital products

When you purchase a digital product (such as the Ultimate Event Checklist Kit), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the files for:

  • Your own personal event planning;
  • Your small business's client-facing event planning (for example, if you are an event planner using the templates with your clients);
  • Printing copies for personal or internal-team use.

You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or publicly republish the files; remove copyright notices; pass off our content as your own; or use the templates to create directly competing products.

4. Free content

Free content (blog posts, free checklists, free PDFs) is provided for personal use. You may share links to our pages freely; you may not copy substantial portions of our written content to other websites without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you will not:

  • Attempt to access areas of the Service that are not public;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise programmatically harvest our content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt;
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others;
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service's availability, integrity, or security.

6. Payments and pricing

Paid products are sold and processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as Merchant of Record on our behalf. LemonSqueezy is responsible for collecting payments, handling tax (VAT, GST, sales tax) where applicable in your jurisdiction, issuing receipts, and processing refunds.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Currency conversion rates are determined by your card issuer or LemonSqueezy. All prices are inclusive of any taxes LemonSqueezy collects on our behalf.

7. Refunds and cancellations

We offer a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all paid digital products. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@easyeventchecklist.com with your order ID.

8. Affiliate links and recommendations

Some links on this Site (notably on /recommendations and within some blog articles) are affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase from a third-party retailer (such as Amazon), we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Our editorial recommendations are independent and we only recommend products we have used or carefully evaluated. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, files, and trade dress — is owned by MEENAKSHI SUBRAMANIAN GROUP or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The planning advice and templates are intended as helpful starting points, not as professional legal, financial, contractual, or vendor-management advice. You are responsible for the events you plan.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will MEENAKSHI SUBRAMANIAN GROUP, its employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Material changes will be communicated via the website and, where you have an account or active subscription, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Before filing any formal claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by emailing hello@easyeventchecklist.com and allowing 30 days for response.
